Delivery & Returns

Delivery:
Where possible kits will be forwarded within 7 days of receipt of payment.
If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (eg. supply of materials), we will notify you upon receipt of your order.

Delivery for completed tapestries will be individually advised.

Returns:
If the merchandise is damaged in delivery we will replace the article at no cost to the purchaser.
